Terms of Service

1) Important disclosures (social casino)

• The Service is for entertainment only and is not real-money gambling.
• Any virtual coins/credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or items of real-world value.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or awarded through gameplay.
• Access is limited to adults: you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the Service in New Zealand.

2) Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
• You may request account closure by emailing contact@kiwiprizehub.com.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play (bots), or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access.
• We may remove content, restrict features, or take other action to protect users and the Service.

4) Virtual items & purchases (if available)

• Virtual items are licensed, not sold. They remain our property and may be modified, reset, or removed.
• Purchases (if offered) are optional and do not create any entitlement to money, prizes, or continued availability of items.
• All prices and taxes (including GST where applicable) will be shown at checkout.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, designs, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially use it except as permitted by law.

6) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss and loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where it applies) or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. NZ courts (and where applicable, the Disputes Tribunal) have jurisdiction.
• We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
