Virtual Currency, Payments & Refunds Policy
Applies to KiwiPrizeHub.com and related apps/services in New Zealand. Last updated: 25 March 2026.
1) Virtual currency (“Coins”)
- Coins are a digital feature used only within KiwiPrizeHub.com.
- Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not withdrawable or redeemable for money.
- Coins are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or traded outside the service.
2) Optional purchases, pricing & taxes
We may offer optional coin packs and other digital items. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Where applicable, New Zealand GST may be included or added as displayed.
If we offer subscriptions or recurring charges, we will clearly disclose the billing frequency, price, and cancellation method before you subscribe.
3) Payment processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app-store platforms. Your purchase may be subject to the provider’s billing terms in addition to this policy.
4) Delivery of Coins
Coins are typically delivered immediately after payment confirmation. If delivery is delayed or fails, contact us with your order receipt. We may request supporting details to investigate and complete delivery or provide an appropriate remedy.
5) Refunds & cancellations (NZ)
- Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed for digital items once delivered, unless required by New Zealand law or the applicable billing platform’s policy.
- Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 are not excluded by this policy.
- If Coins or a digital item is not delivered, is defective, or is materially not as described, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy (which may include replacement, re-delivery, or refund, depending on the circumstances).
- Purchases made through Apple/Google or another platform must usually be refunded through that platform. We can help you identify the correct path.

6) Chargebacks & disputed payments
If a chargeback or payment reversal occurs, we may (where permitted) remove any Coins/items associated with the disputed payment and restrict access to purchasing or other features while we investigate. If the disputed payment is found to be valid, access may be restored after the balance is settled.
